You can conveniently register for the telc exam online. For the best availability, it is recommended to register at least 14 days before your desired exam date. Last-minute registrations are also possible up to 7 days prior to the exam.
You can book until 14:00 on the day before your exam — but only with immediate payment. “Pay Later” does not count as a confirmed booking.
telc exams are officially recognised by all German authorities for visa applications, university admissions, and job recognition. They are accepted by all German consulates in India as well as by authorities and institutions throughout Germany.

Yes, both parts are conducted on the same day. This way, you only need to reserve one day for the entire exam.
Please bring a valid photo ID (passport or ID card), your exam confirmation, and writing materials such as pens and pencils. Phones and other electronic devices are not allowed during the exam.
If you are late, we cannot guarantee you can still take the exam. If you are unable to attend because of illness, please inform the exam center as soon as possible. Usually, the exam fee is non-refundable unless there are exceptional medical reasons supported by a certificate.
Results take approximately 5–6 weeks to be processed. You will receive an email with a scanned copy of your result as soon as it is available, minimizing your waiting time. The original certificate can be collected at the exam center or mailed to you.
If you pass both the written and oral parts, your certificate has no expiration date. If you pass only one part, that partial result is valid for 12 months and can be credited toward passing the full exam if you complete the remaining part within that time.
Generally, telc exams cannot be postponed. Cancellations or changes should be made within the registration deadline, and fees may apply depending on timing.
Electronic devices, including phones, are strictly prohibited during all exam parts, including breaks and oral exam preparation time. Please use the break or waiting times to handle any necessary calls or messages beforehand.
The exam center is centrally located with easy access by public transport and facilities nearby. Detailed directions are provided upon registration.
